Sort out doggy bag - Achieved, plus nice long walk
2. Finish kitchen - nope
3. Water plants - yep, need to get some compost for exciting replanting

Well, I'm sitting all dressed ready for teaching waiting to see if my agency is gonna call. If they do I'll go but I'm secretly hoping they wont. I have loads I'd like to get done today. We shall see. Was back at my old school yesterday, teaching, which was really odd. Like a blast from the past as everything looked exactly the same!

So, today. Today is very dependant on me getting any work. If I don't I should get stuff achieved. So, these are my targets if I DONT get work, as if I do not so much will be managed.

1. Sort and do washing
2. buy compost and replant lettuce etc
3. Get Jay to tidy kitchen (cop out there)
4. Paint fence
5. Move plants from back to front

 Comments

Day Two

Yesterdays Targets:

1. Kitchen tidied - 50% achieved
2. Garden watered - achieved
3. Sink cleaned, no washing up (Fly)- achieved
4. Larp kit put away. - not even close

Did not actually get to have my reward as I had dog issues last night, also the LARP kit was in the bath. Lilly simply WOULD NOT stop barking last night. 3 hours solid with no idea what she was barking for. I was going out of my head. She was the same first thing this morning but seems calm now.

Our plan for the day is to go for a long walk with her in Prudoe Woods. We are gonna take a picnic and everything. So, today is doggy day. Long walk focusing on fetching and returning. Then tonight puppy classes start, but not with her, tonight is the night that I take her documentation and stuff.

So, targets for today, not too many as I'm out most of the day...

1. Sort out doggy bag
2. Finish kitchen
3. Water plants

Thats it, decision made. i started this blog up months and months ago and have not touched it since. And today is the day that changes. I'm determined to keep track of what I'm doing, that way I should (one day) be able to look back and see how far I have come. I'm gonna split this post into sections, other posts will be about one of the sections.

Diet

It is really best not to ask. I started Weightwatchers just after Christmas. I've lost a stone so far but I have recently fallen really far off the wagon and am finding it really hard to get going again. Started today but have just ruined it by having a slice of cake. Really don't know how I'll get going with this again.

Garden

Really proud pf how this is going. My before photos really shocked me and the garden is completely different now, although a couple of days of bad weather means my grass really needs cutting but it will have to wait until Sat. All the plants were ripped out of the borders and I planted some summer bulbs, some herbs and some parsnips and broccoli. We shall see how they go. In my greenhouses I have a million seedlings of various different types, which I'll go into in a future post.

Pets

We recently got our first dog ever, to add to our happy family of me, my OH and my two black cats. Lilly is now 13 weeks old and full of life and energy. she has just started walking off the leash and starts puppy training classes on Wed, which I'm really excited about. I find the whole dog thing great, loving having her but now live in fear of other dogs who may want to kill her.

House

I have one of those houses that needs a lot doing to it, and for a long time its bugged me but I'm finally doing something about it. Last week I started to decorate the kitchen, have not finished as I'm back at work now.
However, it becomes more and more apparent that I am just not a tidy person, and one days tidying gets it sorted but 2 days later it's a mess again. Today I have found a site called Flylady, which is all about getting into routines which keep your house tidy. Some of them seem strange but there are so many people on there that say it works that I think it must be worth a try. Not gonna tell OH as then its not a big deal if it does not work but if it does then BONUS.

Well, thats about it. These are the areas I'm currently working on and what I hope to report on at least 5 times per week. Going to try to set myself targets each day and see how they go. So, todays targets:

1. Kitchen tidied
2. Garden watered
3. Sink cleaned, no washing up (Fly)
4. Larp kit put away.

Reward: Long Bubble Bath

 Comments
